Computer Doctor utilizes a 22 point diagnostic evaluation which analyzes both hardware and software as current and potential points of failure. If we can cost effectively repair your computer and restore functionality and data integrity with your approval we will complete the repair and waive the diagnostic fee.
Sometimes we will recommend that the data be recovered and the computer be replaced, we also waive the diagnostic fee for data recovery and transfer.
