At the Computer Doctor, we realize sometimes it is more convenient to have your system serviced at home. If you don’t have the time to bring your computer in for treatment, we understand. Many procedures can be done on site. We begin the house call with a history of the problem, initial demonstration of issues, and level 1 hardware diagnosis. As the visit progresses, we make an assessment as to whether the problem can be resolved on site or treated better at the office.
House Calls can also incorporate training on basic computer operation, software tutoring, one on one site survey and needs assessment, installation of wired and wireless networks, and the integration of home media servers.
